Espresso Martini


For coffee addicts.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka, stored in freezer
  • 1.5 oz espresso syrup*
  • 1 tsp Monashee Distillery Vulcan's Fire
  • Chocolate covered coffee bean for garnish


Method 

Chill martini glass in freezer one hour before serving. Fill shaker with ice. Add vodka and syrup and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into chilled glass and garnish with a chocolate covered coffee bean.

* Espresso syrup: In small saucepan, add 1 cup of demerara sugar to one cup of espresso and boil for one minute. Store in refrigerator up to one month.
