Thanksgiving Mule

Thanksgiving isn't really winter, unless you live in northern Alberta. 

Just sayin'.

Ingredients

2 oz cinnamon infused vodka*

Ginger beer from Grizzly Paw

Pumpkin pie spice

Cinnamon stick for garnish 

* Put a cinnamon stick and 5 cloves  in a mickey of vodka for 2 days then strain out the spices.

Method 

Add ice cubes to mule mug. Shake pumpkin pie spice over ice cubes and toss gently to coat cubes with spices. Pour vodka over ice, top with ginger beer. Add cinnamon stick and stir.
