Pine Forest
Ingredients
- 2 oz Lot 40 rye
- 1 oz pine syrup (available from Italian Centre)
- 2 dashes Charred Cedar bitters from Black Cloud
Garnish
- Tip of a pine branch
Method
Mix all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake for 30 seconds. Pour over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with pine tip.
Accompaniments
Oka cheese topped with highbush cranberry jelly and fried sage.
